Rosalia
Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is Rosalia Vila, also known as Rosalia, is a Spanish Flamenco and pop artist from Spain. From the time she was in her teens, Rosalia is a singer in classical and popular genres. However, her musical interests are also extending to various genres, including hip-hop as well as soul. Her voice has been described by no less a talented flamenco guitar player Pepe Habichuela as crystal clear and smooth, yet with a bite like the classic songs. El Mal Querer, her follow-up album to Los Angeles in 2017, proved to be both a critical and commercial hit. It topped the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and won the Grammy. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd, was released in 2021. Motomami, her third album comprised songwriting collaborations featuring Cory Henry, James Blake and other artists. It was released on the 20th of March, 2022 just after the appearance by Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia did her solo show in her first solo performance on the live show on Saturday Night. Motomami Rosala, in addition to winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, she was the first woman to be awarded both the award and Latin Grammy.
